DONATION REQUESTS

We receive lots of donation requests for trivia nights, raffles and other fundraising events. And we’re committed to responding to every request. If you’d like a donation for your upcoming event, please email us with the following information:

  • Your contact details – name, preferred email and phone number.
  • Event details – Name of event, organisation running the event, how many people will attend the event and the date of the event.
  • Attach an official letter if you have one.

Please allow up to 5 working days for a reply.

FUNTOPIA FUNDRAISER REQUESTS

Are you a member of a sporting club or organisations wanting to raise funds for a worthy cause? You are invited to host a Funtopia Fundraiser at our venue.

What’s a Funtopia Fundraiser you ask? It’s an opportunity to host an event at our fun venue and we’ll donate a portion of the sales from the evening back to your organisation. Seriously!

Invite as many guests as you’d like to reach your fundraising goal and have an awesome event that your guests will be talking about for weeks!

Interested in hosting a Funtopia Fundraiser? Let’s get organising! Please email us with the following information:

  • Your contact details – name, preferred email and phone number.
  • Organisation details – Name of the organisation, location of the organisation, what the organisation is fundraising for
  • The preferred date and time for your fundrasier. Note that we only host fundraisers Monday – Friday.
