Goals

Active training courses is a program focused on the participants’ physical training through their skill development and performance.

How do we achieve it?

We mentor our athletes through their skill development and performance. The course  organized into the different topics addressed in the program: Agility, Balance, Brain Fitness, Climbing, Coordination, Fitness, Goal Setting, Safety, Speed, and Teamwork.

Motivations

Climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber’s strength, endurance, agility and balance along with mental control.
