• Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Operations Staff

Job Description:

  • Provide customers with a high level of front line customer service
  • To maintain climbing wall safety practices such as:
  • Harness and Unharness climbers (youth)
  • Assist in clipping and un-clipping climbers
  • Ensure Climbing is conducted in a safe and appropriate manner including reviewing climbing wall safety rules
  • Advise and maintain safety practices in the climbing area (slide safety, wall safety, harness safety and clip safety specifically)
  • Maintain safe climbing practice
  • To give advice as requested to climbers on all matters related to the climbing wall area
  • To keep abreast of all new policies or procedures required for the safe operation of the climbing wall ‘
  • To maintain vibrancy and quality of the wall with daily safety checks
  • To assist customers throughout the facility as requested
  • To undertake any duties as requires which are appropriate to the maintenance and upkeep of the facility
  • To comply with all quality systems and assist in the introduction of any new quality system procedures as required.
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Current Police Record Check is required
